Refund policy

Our refund policy allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in its original packaging for sanitary purposes. Additionally, you will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at info@concierge04.com. We will then provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that we only accept items sent back with a prior return request.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will promptly notify you. The refund process will be initiated automatically on your original payment method within 10 business days. However, please keep in mind that the actual posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time. 

If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you have not received the refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at info@concierge04.com. We will be happy to assist you to resolve any issues related to your refund.

Damages and Issues

Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect the items. If you discover any defects, or damages, or if you have received the wrong product, kindly contact us immediately. We will promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify the situation and make it right for you. 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for something else, the quickest way to ensure a smooth process is to first return the item you currently have. Once the return is accepted and processed, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item you desire. This will help ensure a seamless exchange and ensure you get exactly what you want.
